"Cricket" is my goldmine. She is a 1991 30" bay pinto mare.  What an outstanding mare she's been for Winsome, etc!  She has produced a World Champion and several foals with World and National  Top Tens.  I am retaining her 2010 filly (See Mares) and eagerly await her show career.  Once she's done in the ring, I'm looking forward to her taking her dam's place as a permanent producing mare for me.  I just know I will treasure this filly as much as I have her amazing dam.  "Cricket" decided to have another foal during her retirement years.  Bred back to "Devon", we are expecting one more super quality show foal from her in 2012.  Their 2010 filly had a great year showing locally in tough NW competition.  She was shown under 9 judges and received 3 Grands, 7 Reserves and 1 Supreme! What a producer this mare has been!
 

Hidden Meadows Vanity Fair

I am honored that Blue Ice Miniature Horse Farm allowed me to purchase "Vanity".  She is a 1988 black and white homozygous pinto, pictured here at age 22.  Importantly, her foals have been outstanding.  She is the dam of 1 World Champion, 1 World Reserve Champion, 1 World Top Ten 2-year old colt in 2009, and 2 World High Point foals, 1 AMHA Regional Champion, 8 World Top Ten Titles, 4 AMHR National Top Ten and Futurity titles and 7 AMHA Honor Roll titles.  She is a double line bred daughter/great grand daughter of the much respected World Reserve Grand Champion Senior Stallion, Shadow Oaks Paul Bunyan.  Her 2009 colt, Winsome Holds The Power, (See Sales) is by Winsome Monarch Transition of Power, and has the look of his 4 siblings who all contributed to "Vanity's" outstanding producing record.  When "Vanity" says it's time to quit motherhood, she will retire here to be much loved and forever respected.

I fell very lucky to have noticed "Penny" for sale, and much thanks goes to Ravenwood Miniatures for parting with her.  She is the perfect type and quality mare to breed to Devon.  The big bonus is that she is in foal for 2012 to Fallen Ash Scouts Red to Remember, sire of numerous World Champions and Grand Champions.  She is a 2002 palomino mare.  Her 2009 filly was a World Futurity Champion and Amateur Reserve Champion mare, so Penny has already proven she can really produce.  She should - she is 7 times Gold Melody Boy, and has some Buckeroo and Rowdy mixed in.  I'm eager to see her 2012 foal and plan to enjoy her Devon foals for years to come.

Liberty Odessey Alexus

"Lexi" is a beautiful, refined and elegant 2007 sorrel pinto.  She is a wonderful addition to Winsome's exceptional brood mares.  She is by AM Tenders Odyssey ( a Love Me Tender son) out of Incognito Alexus.  We are thrilled with the quality of her first foal by Devon. (See Sales) From the looks of her filly, I think this mare has a permanent position as one of Winsome's cherished broodmares.

2010 Junior Mare

"Teena" is probably the last foal out of Fiddle De Fizz. She is by Winsome Monarchs Best Foot Forward and her dam certainly "saved the best for last".  I have a strong feeling she will also regularly hear her name called in the ring, last.  She should have lots of Championship ribbons and Supremes during her show career.  She is a 2010 chestnut pinto, with one blue eye.  "Teena" is having a great first show season. In 3 local shows she finished the year with 1 Supreme, 3 Grands, and 7 Reserves.  Way to go Teena!
